Important Dates

Here are the key dates when CAC spaces open for reservations. Mark your calendar and submit your request early to secure your preferred space.

2026–2027 Academic Year

  • December 1, 2026 – Promotional Booths and Tables space requests open for Spring 2027
  • January 4, 2027 – Departments may submit requests for Summer 2027 (June 1–August 13, 2027)
  • TBD – Campus Preview Weekend (CPW) 2027 Requests
  • May 16 – May 31, 2027 – Commencement hold (no requests accepted)
  • August 14 – September 7, 2027 – Orientation hold (no requests accepted)

2027–2028 Academic Year

Looking ahead to next year? Here are the reservation opening dates for CAC spaces:

  • February 8, 2027 – Major event space requests open for DLCIs and Student Organizations (including Summer 2027: June 1–August 13, 2027) Please read detailed instructions here.
  • March 8, 2027 – Mid-level & Small event space requests open for DLCIs and Student Organizations (including Summer 2026: June 1–August 13, 2027) Please read detailed instructions here.
