Important Scheduling Information
Opening of the Books for future dates: While most requests to CAC should be made through the virtual scheduling system, sometimes you may need a form:
- Fall 2025 Promotional Space Requests – 5/1/25
- Spring 2025 Promotional Space Requests – Open
- CPW 2025 Requests – Open
- Summer 2025 – (6/3/25 – 8/14/25 – no availability 5/25/25 to 6/2/25 because of Commencement/Reunions)
- Departments – 1/6/2025 @ 10AM
- Student Organizations – 2/10/2025 @ 10AM
- Academic Year 2025 -2026 Requests (9/3/25 – 5/22/26)
- Major event spaces (Kresge Main Stage, Kresge Little Theater, Lobdell, Sala de Puerto Rico, Morss Hall, and Wong Auditorium) Monday, 2/10/25 @ 10AM
- Mid-level and small event spaces – Monday, 3/10/25 @ 10AM
- Requests within 96 hours (be sure to call first, before filling out a form):
- Department Space Application 11-1-22 (1).docx
- Student Space Application 11-1-22 (1).docx (must be submitted in person by a reservation signatory with student ID)
- Requests for CAC event support in non-CAC spaces and student lounges
- Requests to activate a virtual scheduling account: Mazevo Account
- While student group events are not charged event support fees, departments sometimes are. To find out more, consult these rate sheets:
