Here are the key dates when CAC spaces open for reservations. Mark your calendar and submit your request early to secure your preferred space.

2025–2026 Academic Year

  • December 1, 2025 – Promotional Booths and Tables space requests open for Spring 2026
  • January 5, 2026 – Departments may submit requests for Summer 2026 (June 2–August 14, 2026)
  • TBD – Campus Preview Weekend (CPW) 2026 Requests
  • May 24 – June 1, 2026 – Commencement hold (no requests accepted)
  • August 15 – September 7, 2026 – Orientation hold (no requests accepted)
