How to Find Us

LBGTQ+ is located in Walker Memorial (50-250). Since finding us can be a bit tricky, one of our student workers created a video to help.

A wheelchair-accessible lift can be found on the western side of Building 50. A swinging door on the opposite eastern end of the large room will lead to an elevator. Upon exiting the elevator on the second floor, make a left and the Rainbow Lounge is in front of you.

If you take the staircase that faces the Charles River, you may walk to the third floor, across the gym/testing center, and then down the second floor to the Rainbow Lounge.

Or once you enter Walker you can take the staircase down to the basement, take the hallway all the way to the back of Walker, up the staircase to the first floor, and then the staircase to the second floor. The Rainbow Lounge doors will be in front of you.

If you’re facing the back of Walker, the left staircase is the one that faces East Campus (Building 62) and is closest to Ames Street. Take the staircase into Walker then walk up to the second floor. The Rainbow Lounge doors will be in front of you.

If you’re facing the back of Walker, the right staircase is the one that is closest to Building 14, and the black structural sculpture that’s in the courtyard. Take the staircase into Walker, then enter into Morss Hall. Take a left to the pink swing door in the corner where you will enter the kitchen. There is an elevator you can take to the second floor, or you can take the metal spiral staircase and go around the corner to the left to find the Rainbow Lounge.
