I serve as the Associate Dean for Residential and Community Life, where I empower residents with the tools they need to address challenges constructively. I collaborate with academic and campus partners to develop trainings, support resources, and assessment strategies that foster a positive campus climate. My work focuses on helping students develop skills for communication, conflict navigation, and dialogue in order to cultivate strong and collaborative living communities. Additionally, I lead the Dean on Call crisis response team, ensuring support for students and communities involved in incidents after hours.

I have over 15 years of experience working with students to become the best version of themselves. While I work with the many residential communities at MIT, I have also lived on campus myself since I arrived at MIT over 10 years ago. I have extensive experience training and teaching in the areas of leadership, identity development, navigating and managing conflict, intercultural competence, and constructive dialogue. I currently serves as Head of House in the graduate residence 70 Amherst Street.
