Meghan Kirsch

I have been a part of the MIT community since 2014. My journey here started in Student Disability Services and new student programming, where I had the opportunity to support students in their transitions and help them thrive at MIT. In 2016, I joined Student Support Services (S3), where I coordinated student returns and provided ongoing support for students who returned from leave. In my current role, I’m passionate about helping students navigate their unique definitions of success. I’m always looking for ways to engage with students to ensure they feel supported and capable of reaching their goals. I truly enjoy working in a space where I can contribute to the success and well-being of MIT students by creating a supportive and empowering environment. Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with my family or working on a DIY restoration project at my old home, which was built in 1860. There’s always something new to uncover with an old house, and I love bringing a bit of new life to its history!
