As Associate Dean in the FSILG Office, I lead the strategic direction and operations for fraternities, sororities, and independent living groups (FSILGs) at MIT. My work focuses on fostering a values-based, inclusive community that supports student growth while aligning with MIT’s educational mission.

I oversee the FSILG Office staff, guide strategic planning, and collaborate with students, alumni, and institutional partners to strengthen governance, promote accountability, and implement innovative programming. Engaging closely with alumni and volunteers, I ensure they are equipped to mentor students and support operational needs.

Committed to diversity and inclusion, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where students and staff can thrive in order to sustain and enhance the vibrant FSILG community as a cornerstone of the MIT student experience
