Grace Conte-Bennett

Grace Conte-Bennett is the Associate Director of Education and Training for Wellbeing and Belonging, working to promote students’ sense of belonging and wellbeing at MIT with her work across the Intercultural Engagement (i.e.) and Student Wellbeing teams. Grace helps to support the mission of promoting wellbeing, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through her co-advising of the Wellbeing Ambassadors and i.e. Specialists (i.e.s.). Before her current role, she worked in MIT’s Student Wellbeing and CARE Team, as well as former roles in student support, disability services, and student life and engagement.
In her free time, Grace enjoys baking, cooking, spending time outside, a good Netflix binge, and navigating the challenges and joys of her amazing family of three (+ 2 kitties).
