I Can Help With IFC fraternities & history; IFC recruitment, retention, risk management, event planning; IFC GRAs, Sexual Health Education, IFC Processes

As the Assistant Dean for Fraternities, Sororities, and Independent Living Groups (FSILGs) at MIT, I provide strategic advising and support to the Interfraternity Council (IFC) executive board and its affiliated organizations. My work includes overseeing recruitment, membership retention, risk management, leadership development, and event planning. I also supervise the Interfraternity Council Graduate Resident Advisors (GRAs) and office Graduate Assistants
Partnering with student leaders, I promote values-based leadership, civic responsibility, and personal growth. By helping them navigate organizational dynamics, plan meaningful programs, and address challenges through a shared-governance approach, I support the development of a dynamic and engaged FSILG community. My approach emphasizes active listening, collaborative problem-solving, and fostering a culture of care
Through a focus on holistic student development and intentional guidance, I aim to cultivate a thriving FSILG community that exemplifies collaboration, leadership, inclusion, and belonging. My efforts empower students to overcome obstacles, build meaningful relationships, and grow as leaders within an environment that reflects MIT’s mission and values.
