Grady McGuire

Grady McGuire (he/him) is a second-year student in the Boston College School of Social Work. After earning his BA in English from Hamline University, he worked in a variety of food service and customer-facing roles. Before he began his Master in Social Work, he spent six years in higher ed administration at Harvard University. Ultimately, his passion for counseling and LGBTQ+ advocacy led him to the social work field. This year, he’s excited to begin a field placement at MIT, helping undergrads reach their academic goals and feel their best. Outside of school, Grady enjoys gardening, video games, and spending time in Brighton with his partner and their corgi, Oggy.
