Campus Wide Ticketing Service
adMIT ONE Event Ticketing is a centralized box office service for the MIT community. We work closely with student groups, departments and external groups to make each event as successful as possible. Our services include:
- Online ticket sales 24/7.
- In person ticket sales during business hours.
- All inclusive rate structure.
- Master Card and VISA accepted.
- Post-event reports listing ticket sales, patron list and marketing info.
- General Admission and assigned seating.
- Financial settlement via SAP.
- Event consulting.
Online Tickets
Tickets will be posted for sale at tickets.mit.edu. Event organizers may choose general admission or assigned seating ticket sales.
In-person Sales
Upon request, tickets can be sold in person during regular business hours at CopyTech in building 11. Accepted forms of payment for in-person sales are; cash, credit cards and TechCASH.

There are no additional fees beyond the rates listed above. Online ticket sales include all credit card and TechCASH fees. There are no other service or convenience fees passed on to your customers.
Day of Event
CopyTech will not sell any in-person tickets the day of the event. Organizers will be provided a list of all tickets sold, both electronically (PDF) and paper prior to event. Electronic scanners are available for rent from CopyTech. Alternatively, event organizers may hire staff through CopyTech to provide 'day of' ticket sales, scanning and problem resolution. Please contact tickets@mit.edu for more information. CopyTech requires a minimum of 5 business days to arrange event staff.
Post Event
Event organizers will be provided an Event Closing Statement that details all ticket sales and billing information, within 5 days of the event. MIT departments and student groups will have ticket sale proceeds transferred to their account in SAP. External groups will have their payment processed via MIT's accounts payable.
