Explore opportunities to make a difference in greater Boston


Join us for the PKG Center’s first-ever Social Action Fair, on Thursday, September 14th, 2017 at 7:00 pm, in Lobby 10 at MIT. You’ll meet local community partners and the PKG Center staff and learn about ways to get involved in positive social change in the Cambridge and greater Boston communities.

SOCIAL ACTION FAIR

The Social Action Fair connects MIT students with local nonprofits, government agencies, and social enterprises from the Cambridge and Boston areas. Meet with local leaders and learn about local organizations and initiatives’  mission, impact, and to how you can get involved through volunteer positions, paid internships, Community Service Work-Study, and more. Organizations working in such diverse sectors as health, energy and sustainability, K-12 education and tutoring, community development, environment, STEM, housing and homelessness, and more will be present.

MIT faculty, staff, spouses and partners are also welcome to attend.
