Relationships

We are wired for connection: with ourselves, with one another, with the universe and the universal. Bringing our authentic selves to our relationships and staying grounded in our values brings out the best in us, our friends, classmates, co-workers, and loved ones. What helps you feel more authentic and connected? What relationships are most life-giving for you?
