SPXCE Cadets
SPXCE (pronounced "space"), W31-110, is managed by Intercultural Engagement (i.e). It provides a physical spxce for intersectional social justice education, support, community-building, and leadership development.
The SPXCE Cadet team is a group of MIT students dedicated to leadership, diversity and social justice. They not only help greet folks at SPXCE, they host monthly discussions called #LetsShareSPXCE that encourage folks to talk about current events and trends in DEI.

- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other students to plan and organize exciting events for the MIT community
- Develop leadership, communication and teamwork skills
- Work with i.e., LBGTQ+ & WXGS, SSAW and more - to promote events!
