Group Pack-Out Meals
If your MIT-sponsored group cannot attend a normally scheduled meal period(s), you can order a group pack-out meal in exchange for an equivalent meal swipe.
Meal orders must be placed 72 hours prior to pick up. Please bring a completed order form to the manager on duty at any house dining location. The group leader will receive an email confirmation of their order and must confirm via email that it is accurate before the order is completed.
For students who are enrolled in a meal plan, the meal will be deducted from their individual meal plan account 48 hours prior to pick up. If a student does not have a meal available for that specific meal time, or is not on the meal plan, the group leader will be notified and the group account will be charged for the meal.
A student who is signed up for a group pack-out meal will not be able to eat in any dining hall during that meal period.
Pack-out meals can be picked up at the Howard Dining Hall at Maseeh Hall. There is a $25 charge for delivery.
All food will be in disposable pans. Each group will need to provide their own coolers, charcoal, cooking, and serving utensils.
