Over the course of the 4 days at MIT’s LeaderShape Institute program, you can expect to:
  • Learn more about yourself, your beliefs and values through reflection exercises
  • Engage in team building with fellow MIT students who want to make the world better
  • Receive and offer feedback to your peers on your vision statements for improving the world on a range of topics like:
    • Apathy
    • Diversity and Social Justice
    • Education
    • Healthcare
    • Technological Innovation
