The Intercultural Engagement (i.e.) specialists promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging via programs and initiatives throughout campus, but in particular, in SPXCE (W31-110). Through communication, marketing and peer-to-peer education that focuses on culture and identity, the i.e. Specialists help create a deeper sense of community at MIT.
