Pricing for undergraduate residence halls are broken down into three tiers:
- Tier 1 - Baker House, Burton-Conner House, Maseeh Hall, McCormick Hall, New House, New Vassar, Simmons Hall
- Tier 2 - MacGregor House, Next House
- Tier 3 - Random Hall
MIT-owned sororities Pi Phi and Kappa Alpha Theta fall under Tier 2 pricing.
