Undergraduate Housing Rates
Pricing for undergraduate residence halls are broken down into three tiers:
- Tier 1 - Baker House, Maseeh Hall, McCormick Hall, New House, New Vassar, Simmons Hall
- Tier 2 - MacGregor House, Next House
- Tier 3 - East Campus, Random Hall
MIT-owned sorority Pi Phi falls under tier 2 pricing.
MIT-owned sorority Kappa Alpha Theta falls under tier 2 pricing.

FOR SPRING 2021: Students in a single accommodation will be charged the 2020-2021 double rate for the building where they live. Students living in double accommodation will be charged the applicable triple rate.

NOTE: *These room types (triples) are not available in these buildings due to room size and space configuration. These rates have been listed, however, because students living in a double accommodation during Spring 2021 will be charged a triple rate.
