Whether it's your first year on campus, or your last, we know you'll still have questions.
Every residence hall has a house operations manager, as well as mechanical and house-keeping staff, on site to make sure the buildings are maintainted properly. You should get to know your house operations manager when you move in, but they aren't your only resource.
Maintenance and Repair Requests
Have problem with your room or notice a problem somewhere within the building? Put in a repair ticket!
All maintenance issues, like heat, water or power-related concerns, can be reported to MIT Facilities directly via Atlas. Once you submit an issue through this system, it wil send you tracking information and notification of resolution.
If you've already submitted a repair ticket and talked to your house operations manager, but still haven't resolved the problem, contact Housing & Residential Services.
