2020 Holiday Office Hours - Housing & Residential Services

According to the Institute’s updated holiday calendar, all nonessential campus services will be closed between Thursday, December 24, 2020 and Sunday, January 3, 2021.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to help assist students during this period, Housing & Residential Services (HRS) will be offering special office hours according to the days and times listed below:
- Monday, December 28 | 9am -12pm ET
- Tuesday, December 29 | 9am -12pm ET
- Wednesday, December 30 | 9am -12pm ET
A limited number of staff will be monitoring messages via email and phone during these times. To contact HRS, please see below:

All non-urgent maintenance requests may be reported online through the Atlas website. MIT certificates or credentials are required to access the form.
Residents who encounter an urgent maintenance request whose House Operations Manager is away from the office may contact HRS Operations (“Unit-12”) at (617) 253-1500. On evenings, weekends, and holidays, residents may also dial (617) 253-1500.
