Kate came to MIT in 2008 as a customer support provider for IS&T. She joined the Assistive Technology team part time in 2011 to create alternative reading formats for blind users, and came on full time in 2015. Kate’s specialty is assistive technology implementation for students, faculty, and staff with a particular interest in accessible course materials and literacy support.
