Retrieving Your Belongings

Dear Graduate Student,

As we approach the end of June, MIT Housing & Residential Services (HRS) has been actively working to assist graduate students with removing their belongings from MIT residences.  According to our records, some of your belonging still occupy your on-campus apartment.  We are writing to remind you that these items must be removed by the end of the 2019-2020 license agreement period on July 31, 2020.

Please take a moment to complete this Intent to Retrieve Belongings Form by July 10, 2020 to share your anticipated plans for collecting your belongings.  If you have already removed all of your items, please indicate this information on the form.  You will find additional information outlining how you may retrieve your belongings by clicking here.  Many of these processes are identical to the retrieval process that was shared with you back in May.  

We understand that students’ circumstances may have changed since departing campus earlier this year and we will continue to remain as flexible as possible to assist you with navigating the complexities associated with moving during the COVID-19 pandemic.
