CAC looks forward to helping make your special day the event of a lifetime.

In order to book space for a wedding, one of the two principals involved must have the following MIT affiliation: current student, alumni, faculty, staff member, or the child of one of these individuals.

CAC offers wedding ceremonies in the Chapel all year around, the following services are included:

• Scheduling/reservations
• Site visit/walkthrough (includes recommendations/advice based on past weddings)
• Room setup (furniture only)
• Use of CAC furniture inventory if available
• Arrangements for rental furniture (additional cost)

To check availability of dates for your wedding in the MIT Chapel, please contact CAC by completing the inquiry form. A CAC staff member will reply, typically within 48 hours.

Once a date is identified and a completed Personal Event Application is submitted and processed, you will receive a tentative confirmation via email. Current MIT students do not have to pay fees for MIT Chapel ceremonies.  All others have fifteen days to submit a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to lock in your reservation. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your event.
