Campus Activities Complex

In response to COVID-19 and in an effort to attend to the wellbeing of our students and community members, all Campus Activities Complex buildings and spaces are closed. During this time, we are not currently accepting requests for event space. If you need help or have questions, please email cacscheduling@mit.edu. Sorry for the inconvience as we do our part to combat the spread of COVID-19.

For students residing on campus who would like to reserve an outdoor space for gatherings, please review the outdoor gathering protocols prior to making your reservation. Please note:

  • Only available to residential students (both graduate and undergraduatet students) and house teams
  • No student organizations can host gatherings or reserve space (consistent with current practice under COVID)
  • Protocols and guidelines for use and reservation are set by CAC/DSL
