MIT’s MindHandHeart (MHH) hosted their 4th birthday celebration on Dec. 2 in the Vannevar Bush Room (10-105) to commemorate and reflect on four years of making the MIT community a more healthy, welcoming, and inclusive place.
Immediately after MIT welcomed the class of 2023 to campus, first-year students jumped into Residential Exploration (REX). All 10 of MIT’s undergraduate residence halls hosted activities throughout REX week to encourage new students to explore and get to know their potential neighbors.
On May 13, over 300 members of the MIT community gathered in the Samberg Center (E52) to celebrate outstanding achievements by students, student groups, faculty, and community members at the annual MIT Awards Convocation.

If you’ve ever watched the Winter Olympics, it’s likely you’ve seen the art of curling in action. Whether it’s the stone throwing, vicious sweeping, boisterous yelling, or funky uniforms, together it all makes for a quirky and addictive sport to watch and play.
Audrey Pillsbury has many different identities on campus: she is a musician and composer, she rows for MIT’s Women Openweight Crew team, and she studies chemistry (course 5).
