SOLE Policies & Guidelines
While there are a number of guidelines and protocols for holding, managing and organizing an event for your group, there are a few policies enforced by the Student Organizations, Leadership and Engagement Office that you need to be aware of.
Student groups plan many events throughout the year and there are a few occasions where the group will need to pay particular attention to specifics of each event. Be on the lookout for any event that your student group wants to host involves a contract, alcohol or an off-campus trip.
