Claire oversees the Cheney Room, a space for woman-identified students at MIT. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and is now pursuing a Master’s of Arts in Teaching at Boston University. When she graduates, she hopes to teach high school physics in underserved communities. Claire is passionate about supporting groups who have historically been denied access to the STEM community. In her spare time, Claire enjoys singing, traveling, and trying not to get hit by a car while she commutes by bike.
