Student Support

Help in an accessible and
respectful environment

While MIT is operating remotely due to COVID‑19, Student Support Services (S3) is committed to continuing to support students in a virtual environment. If you need help or support during this time, please email s3‑ and someone will respond to you as soon as possible. If you are connected to a dean, please email your dean directly. You can also call 617-253-4861 and leave a voicemail.

S3 is a friendly and easily accessible hub of support for MIT students. Whether you are struggling with a PSET due to personal hardship, you feel too ill to take an exam, you are considering taking time away from the Institute, or you just aren't sure who to talk to, we can help.
