Use the forms below to nominate individual students for Student Leader Awards. Keep in mind that quality not quantity goes a long way! We will ignore duplicate nominations, whether they be for the same individual or different individuals. Nominations for the 2019 Awards Convocation are now closed.
Make sure to check out the rubrics that go along with each award. The more you can identify specifically why this person deserves to win that specific award, the easier for the Selection Committee to review your nominee. You can also check out our Sample Nominations.
