Join MIT's Alcohol Screening Day

It's important for students to understand the risks associated with alcohol consumption so that they can drink responsibly and stay safe. To help promote safe drinking habits and raise awareness, Community Development and Substance Abuse (CDSA) and Residential Life & Dining are sponsoring their first annual Alcohol Screening Day (ASD) on Tuesday, March 19, from 11:30 am-1:30 pm in the Flowers Dining Room of Maseeh Hall.

ASD provides information about alcohol and health as well as free, anonymous screening for individualized feedback around potential alcohol use problems. As part of the program, attendees have the opportunity to complete a brief written questionnaire evaluating their alcohol use and talk privately with a health professional or trained staff member about their results and next steps. Attendees receive a free t-shirt or water bottle for participating!
