The mission of the Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Programming (UAAP) is to provide excellent services and programs, to catalyze student exploration and access to opportunity, and to promote the academic success and personal development of undergraduates.
The UAAP coordinates freshman pre-orientation and orientation programs, facilitates academic advising and mentoring relationships, cultivates learning skills development, provides academic and personal support through Student Support Services and Student Disability Services, coordinates and supports the faculty Committee on Academic Performance, promotes leadership development, and manages the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program.
