Lost keys have a replacement charge as well. Both will be charged to your bursar account.
If there is no spare key, find your House Operations Manager. Your House Operations Manager will be able to let you back in to your room. If you are unable to contact your House Manager during the day [8am-4pm] please call 617.253.2811 for assistance. For lockouts after 4pm during the week, weekends, and holidays please call 617.253.1500 and ask for “Housing Unit 12.”
