Associate Dean for Residential Education
Don Camelio is the associate dean for Undergraduate Residential Life. In this capacity, Don works in partnership with undergraduate house teams to support them in their work with students, acclimates and offers continuing education opportunities for graduate resident tutors and resident peer mentors, supervises the area director staff, engages faculty involvement, provides leadership development, enhances community building, and promotes student learning in the residence halls and houses.
Don received his bachelor's degree in psychology and his master's degree in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida. He also holds an master’s degree in social work from Boston College and a PhD in sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. In addition, Don is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
