Students who submit a completed application by Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 12:00 pm (Noon) ET will be entered into the lottery. Applications will continue to be accepted after the submission deadline; however, assignments will be made as availability allows.

Fall 2024 Waitlist: Waitlist for Fall 2024 Currently Open to Submit Form
Lotteries will begin to be processed no earlier than May 15, 2024. Lotteries will only be operated as vacancies allow.

Summer 2024:
Wednesday, May 1 – Deadline to cancel summer housing with no Cancellation Fee
$250 fee will be applied if the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date.
Wednesday, May 8 – Deadline to cancel summer housing with $250 Cancellation Fee
If the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date, there will be a $250 Cancellation Fee, a $595 Late Stay Fee, and the student will be responsible for the full cost of their summer housing assignment.
Fall 2024:
Wednesday, May 15 – Deadline to cancel fall housing with no Cancellation Fee
$250 fee will be applied if the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date.
Saturday, Jun. 15 - Deadline to cancel fall housing with $250 Cancellation Fee
$350 fee will be applied if the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date.
Monday, Jul. 15 - Deadline to cancel fall housing with $350 Cancellation Fee
$450 fee will be applied if the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date.
Spring 2025:
Thursday, Oct. 31 – Deadline to cancel spring 2025 housing with no Cancellation Fee
$250 fee will be applied if the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date.
Saturday, Nov. 30 - Deadline to cancel spring 2025 housing with $250 Cancellation Fee
$350 fee will be applied if the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date.
Tuesday, Dec. 31 - Deadline to cancel spring 2025 housing with $350 Cancellation Fee
$450 fee will be applied if the Cancellation Form is submitted after this date.
