Construction Riders for Graduate Housing
Learn more about anticipated construction projects around each graduate residence hall and what impacts residents might face during the academic year.
Each spring, Housing & Residential Services will provide a construction rider for all new and returning residents to review and sign before confirming their graduate housing assignment.
These riders are designed to provide more information about large construction projects that are expected to occur in and around the graduate residence halls along with anticipated impacts so that you have a better understanding of what to expect before you commit to living in a particular building.
While these riders are comprehensive, and we work closely with our campus partners to identify as much work as possible, it is important to know that there may be additional projects that arise at any time, including those initiated by the City of Cambridge and the local utility companies.
