AODS Appointment Request

If you would like to request an appointment with Alcohol and Other Drug Services, please fill out the form below. Someone from our office will follow up in 1-2 business days. You can also schedule an appointment by sending an email to aods-appointments@mit.edu.

Select all the times you're available over the next two weeks for a 60 minute appointment. Please use Eastern Standard Time. You may select multiple options for each day.

Please select whether you would prefer to meet in person or virtually. In person meetings would be in the AODS office, W32-117, next to the student center.
